Upon successful log-in, the SilentVault secure storage opens as a drive on the computer from/to which the user can easily access/save files and folders. The SilentVault secure storage automatically encrypts everything saved to it using the highly secure AES-256 algorithm and also automatically decrypts everything accessed from it and that makes SilentVault a valuable software for data security. The user doesn't have to bother with manual encryption and decryption of files and folders because they happen automatically within the SilentVault secure storage and that further enhances data security.

The user can easily lock the SilentVault secure storage after use by a click of a button to prevent others from accessing the data in it. Moreover, SilentVault can be used to create multiple secure storage for the multiple users of a computer or for the multiple types of data of a user of a computer. Also, to keep SilentVault secure storage's encryption-key a lot more securely, it's kept in a file encrypted by the user's password. This software works very much like the SilentVault Personal software. The value of this version is for keeping corporate / organizational data a lot more secure. The SilentVault secure storage's encryption-key is kept a lot more securely using USB security hardware's password, encryption, and anti-tampering mechanisms. Also, the computer can be lost or stolen without risk of someone getting the encryption-key of secure storage. Kindly note as mentioned above that the Personal version keeps the SilentVault secure storage's password encrypted on the hard disk itself.
